Racing Concierge

Your personal Racing Manager will arrange regular stable visits 365 days a year, allowing you to assess how your horses are doing while keeping you informed, educated, and involved in the action.

On race days, your Racing Manager will greet you as you arrive at the track. Your owners and trainers’ badges will be provided to you and your visitors here, giving you full access to the parade ring and winners enclosure. Ownership grants you access to the lounges, where you may enjoy complimentary food and drink.

In addition, your Racing Manager will help you with:

Using pedigrees and conformation to determine the worth of thoroughbreds for sale privately and at public auctions.
For our clients, we bid on horses at auction or broker transactions for horses that are for sale privately.
Advising customers on broodmare breeding programmes and facilitating mare bookings with in-demand stallions.
Frequently travels around the county and abroad to represent our customers during sales.
To sustain and grow our sales company, we must constantly network and create contacts with industry specialists.
Working with veterinarians, farriers, and other equine health professionals to assess individual horses’ fitness.

Chauffeured Transport

Transfers to and from the training grounds/racetrack may be readily arranged from anywhere in the UK.

We can arrange for a number of modes of transportation to and from the races. We can arrange transportation for parties of any size, from luxurious VIP coaches and attractive executive coaches to minibuses and chauffeured automobiles.

All of our transportation options are available for racedays upon request. We make sure you travel in luxury and arrive in style with the option of having a hostess and complete food amenities.

Small Planes

We have connections with a variety of aircraft businesses, allowing us to provide a private jet service when your horse is competing outside of the UK.

The type of plane we charter is determined on the number of passengers and the location.

Our goal is to deliver the finest experience for our syndicate members, thus we will arrange for the charter and transportation to the airport, so you can enjoy the racing experience without worry.

Helicopter

If you prefer to come at the racecourse or training grounds by helicopter, we will gladly organise transportation to and from your local grounds/flight centre.
